Using bread size such as Warburton it only toasted 2 thirds of the slice having to turn it round to do the rest. It is extremely light so be careful when pressing the buttons that lower the bread into the toaster as it flips over towards you. The crumb trays are at the back perhaps it's me but I would have thought it more practical to have them at the front.
