This is the second nugget ice maker (different brands) I have bought and had to return this month. Our old Siloon bullet maker went out at 2 years old. It was great but wanted to try nugget ice. This one worked for 1 day. This morning the red light was on but tank was full. No ice had been made. I turned it off and back on but now it is just running and not making any ice after 2 hours. It sounds louder and seems hot. So I have turned it off for good. It makes a hiss after turning it off.
