I have dashcam in all of my vehicles. I've tried multiple brands. I have the vantrue n4 with all the added accessories. I was made aware of this new 360 dash cam from vantrue and have to try it out. First of all, it's nice to see that they included the mount with gps to the unit already. It was an added option for the N4. Hardwire kit is still an option but I got one with this to maximize all it's features. This also has a rear camera as an option. Since im installing it on a small 2 sester car, having the rear camera is not needer. First impression, the unit is fairly compact. Screen is standard size for dash cam which but its touch screen. Initial setup was was easy. For memory card, I initially used a 128gb sandisk endurance from my other dash cam. But I constantly get a warning that "card slow". So I have to get a vantrue memory card which cost twice compared to sandisk equivalent. The app is easy to use. Wifi connection is easy. Each 360 file is 1gb for a 5 minute file. But I was able to transfer files within 15 seconds. Parking mode and collision detection works nice. It drains your battery quick if you park on a busy area since the camera will be on for the whole duration you're park. Video quality is good let's you do different types of angles. I opted to do the 360 panoramic mode for now since this is what's unique about this dash cam. Seeing an uncut view interior and exterior is a nice feature. Driving against the sun, the front camera is basically blind. But any camera would do the same thing. What's good about 360 dash cam is it doubles as a 360 handheld camera. I'm planning to get the handheld mount and try this as a handheld 360 camera feature.

If I could warn the entire universe not to buy this dash cam, I absolutely would. We purchased ours in January 2025, and now, six months later in July, it has been nothing but a frustrating, unreliable disaster. The issues are nonstop: constant “slow card” warnings (even with their recommended SD card), freezing, glitching, random shutdowns, and failure to record — all while driving. And those are just the problems I can remember. There have been more, but at this point, I’ve lost count. Customer service is responsive, but not helpful. Every reply is a repeat of the same basic script: Reformat the SD card Restart the dash cam Wipe the card Buy a new SD card (again, we already bought the exact model listed on their own website) They have not offered a replacement of the unit and just keep asking us to perform the same fixes over and over — fixes that do not last and often aren’t practical while you're actively driving. That’s the part they don’t seem to grasp: dash cams are meant to just work. You shouldn’t have to pull over or troubleshoot when you're on the road or running late. And don’t even bother filing with the BBB — the company already has an F rating and multiple unresolved complaints. That alone should have been a warning sign. If you're thinking of buying this dash cam, please reconsider. Unreliable recording defeats the entire purpose of having a dash cam. This company needs to step up their support or stop selling entirely.

The is my very first 360 Dash Cam, it have pretty much all the latest function build into the cam itself. LTE, GPS, WiFi, it support 512GB SD card storage. The package itself comes with everything you need, this version doesn’t have the rear cam or the action stick, I do plan on getting the rear camera in the future to complete my install. This dash can have a very high resolution at 5.2k resolution using fish eye lens, the key to this cam is to allow you to see pretty much 360 around you. The image is very sharp and clear to see. Installation is very straightforward, peel off the adhesive thing and stick to the windshield, and attach the dash cam on it. I love that it use of usb-c cable for all the connection. The cable length is long enough from the windshield to the car charger, I already bought the ODB hardware connection kit so I can record when it is parking. The dash cam itself is very high quality and it has a good weight to it, the build quality is very good. One other thing I love about this dash camera is that I can connect to my phone through WiFi and upgrade firmware, which was released not long ago with many new features. I also love that I can download the video and pictures directly from the camera itself to my phone without going through computer connection. The dash cam have all the features you want these day to capture the moment you need to capture, I have not looked at other brand because Vantrue makes great dash cam and have very good reputation. If you are looking for a great dash cam I would recommend this one.

The camera heats of quick during summer turns off while driving and storage memory card gets out of order for no reason, I changed the storage card twice. It always gave error for storage card, doesn’t have self storage. The image and photo quality are so bad you cannot see anything at night.

Previously I had the Vantrue N4 3 Channel Dash Cam and I absolutely loved it. I now have the E360 Panoramic Dash Cam and I have no regrets upgrading. I began to notice the difference immediately when I began the installation. The N4 used suction to stick to my windshield which created a few issues where I live as a result of the very hot climate. The E360 installs with a sticky protective plastic for the windshield and 3M sticker on the mount. The camera itself takes up less space, the mount doesn't easily come off the windshield and the camera slides out of the mount allowing easy enough removal when needed. Well done Vantrue! Once installed, it took 5 minutes of swiping, and pushing the touchscreen to figure out how it worked and 5 more minutes of reading the online instructions to become familiar with the more nuanced capabilities. Looking at the camera and how it mounts, I was a little skeptical of how well the 360 view would look and how much it was able to record. I was continually comparing it to my old model that allowed me to view the front, back, and inside but once again I was more than pleased with how well it looks and how much the camera was able to record. This was even more evident once I viewed some of the videos and photos on my computer. I also appreciate that it has the capability to have a rear camera added if I desire an even clearer view of behind the vehicle. And while I haven't had to use it yet, I appreciate the GPS feature and that it records how fast I'm driving. I am more than happy with this camera and the peace of mind that it provides for me. I also have a reassurance knowing that it's back by a responsive and helpful Vantrue customer service if I have any issues or questions (from past experiences with my previous camera). I am more than pleased with the purchase and can definitely see myself getting another as my daughter begins learning to drive.

Really like everything about this device. The 360 degree perspective is outstanding and given that I have an older single cab pickup, I don't need a back window camera. I really like the wifi connection and voice commands! The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the USB-A to USB-C cable kept the camera re-starting every 1 or 2 minutes. It did not matter what cable I used; their cable, a variety of my cables including more expensive ones (i.e., "better quality"), even a C-C with the same problem. In the car or in the house. Very annoying! However, their provided cigarette lighter to USB cable works like a champ, never re-starts. I suspect the power side of the USB-USB is the culprit, too loose, interjecting power disruptions. You don't notice any of that when all you are doing is powering your cell phone. No problem if you have a cigarette lighter jack. Not sure new cars have them, and I don't know too many homes that have them, either, if the homeowner doesn't have the sold separately powered camera stand. I'd buy it again!

I’ve used around 20 different dash cams over the past 15 years. With such long-term experience, I’ve come to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each product. Before using this 360 dash cam, I had been using the Vantrue N4 3CH dash cam, which I was very satisfied with. Wanting a dash cam for my weekend car, an MX-5, I decided to purchase the E360 dash cam from the same company. At first, the concept of 360° recording felt quite unique. However, after closely examining its functionality, I realized that 360° recording is actually very well-suited for a dash cam’s primary purpose. Due to the nature of 360° cameras, there is some distortion in the recorded footage, but this is an expected outcome. What truly impressed me is that this feature allows the camera to capture every situation on the road comprehensively. Particularly, when set to panoramic view mode, the camera records the front, rear, and interior all in a single video, enabling a complete overview of any situation at a glance. This is a significant advantage compared to traditional dash cams. Additionally, the latest Vantrue dash cam models, including the E360, support a smartphone application, making it incredibly convenient to view and download footage. Beyond its functionality, I was also highly impressed with the build quality of this product. The craftsmanship is excellent, and both installation and operation were very satisfying. Out of all the dash cams I’ve purchased from Amazon, I can confidently say this is the best. I would highly recommend it to my friends and even help them install it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have installed over 12 vantrue dashcams. This was a huge disappointment. The SD card inserts but can easily pop out as it has no cover and its mounted on the bottom. The set up is not intuitive and the wifi is a pain right away. My car has internal wifi so this dashcam was in constant conflict with my car and my house wifi. Should have just used bluetooth for control. This also ran so hot within 2 minutes it was hard to touch, I mean burning hot (using their cable) The mounting bracket is very poorly constructed. It uses a 3M double sided tape (instead of suction mount like ALL previous models) which makes it near impossible to move once installed. Took me 30 minutes with goof off to remove the stuff. The bracket pins (where camera makes electrical connection)are not locking so will eventually work loose and fail. And finally the vertical construction rather than the "Torpedo style" they used before is so obtrusive it will be distracting rather than helpful. I ended up reinstalling my old N2 Pro one. Returning this and will buy another of the older styles instead. Touch screen is near impossible to use for day to day settings and because of constant wifi conflicts I had to remove cam and bring in my house to make any adjustments (I use an S25 Samsung) I dont know what happened to this company but it seems someone is cost cutting. Stick to the old saying, "If it aint broken, dont fix it". .Trying too hard to be a "sportscam" instead of a dash cam. They had the right idea (with 360), but wrong approach. Maybe next time reach out to your customers. Very poorly executed. If I hadnt bought Vantrue previously I would never buy one. And the one thing they dont capitalize on is their simplest advantage. The power cable that connects directly to an OBD that every vehicle has and requires no electrical knowledge at all. It even has a safety interlock to prevent the camera from draining your car battery (parasitic drain). Vantrue....feel free to reach out to me...check your records I have purchased 17 of your cameras over the years.

I am very disappointed with how this expensive item was shipped and delivered. This dash camera costs over $250, yet it was shipped in nothing more than a paper envelope. When it arrived, the package was torn, and the delivery driver left it on the ground in a wet area near my back garden instead of placing it at the normal front entrance inside the building. As a result, the product box arrived with damaged corners and visible wear. I like to keep the original packaging of my electronics in good condition, especially for premium products. I purchased a brand-new item, not a used or open-box product. What frustrates me most is the lack of protection during shipping. I have received inexpensive items packaged in multiple boxes with excellent protection, yet a costly electronic device was sent in a paper mailer. At this point, I have not even opened the camera yet, so I cannot comment on its condition or functionality, but the first impression is very disappointing. Amazon and the seller should use proper protective packaging for high-value electronics. This level of packaging is simply not acceptable for a product in this price range. And Amazon customer service say to me in the end we can’t do anything for you we are sorry I feel sorry that I didn’t buy it from vantrue website they better and good response and they respect them customers I think don’t buy expensive or sensitive products from Amazon again And they restrict my review and they say to me it’s technical issues I tried many times

when I needed it the most (got into a collision) it captured it correctly. The pedestrian side swiped my car too so I was able to get that claim too due to the wide angle capture. Sometimes the wifi goes on and off but I’m driving and don’t need to connect it to my phone.
