JBL Xtreme 4 - Portable Bluetooth Speaker, Powerful Sound and Deep Bass, IP67 Waterproof, 24 Hours of Playtime, Powerbank, Auracast for Multi-Speaker Pairing (Blue)

I recently purchased my JBL speaker, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! The sound quality is phenomenal—crisp, clear, and with just the right amount of bass to make every song pop. Whether I’m blasting my favorite playlist or chilling with some podcasts, the audio is immersive and never disappoints. The design is sleek and portable, making it super easy to take to gatherings or just move around the house. Battery life is fantastic; I’ve gone hours without needing a recharge. Pairing it with my devices was a breeze, and the connection stays rock-solid. Honestly, this JBL speaker has exceeded all my expectations—it’s perfect for any music lover!

Gone through many Bluetooth speakers and this is by far the top with superb sound quality and value for money. Thank you

Great sound , amazing battery life, very portable

Awesome.. good bass

Great speaker with impressive bass from a portable speaker

I'll start off by saying the £329 RRP is ludicrous. There’s no way I’d pay that much for this speaker. At the £189 price I paid, though, this speaker is excellent. The sound is the obvious highlight. It gets seriously loud, has plenty of bass, and still sounds clear when you turn the volume up. It has that big, punchy JBL sound that works particularly well outdoors or when you just want some music filling a room without messing around with a proper setup. The IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating is another big plus. You can take it to the garden, beach, pool or on holiday without constantly worrying about it getting splashed. I also like the shoulder strap, which makes carrying what is quite a chunky speaker much easier. Battery life is excellent, and the Bluetooth connection has been reliable. It's basically one of those products you can grab, chuck in the car and take pretty much anywhere. One thing I do think is a bit disappointing, though, is the lack of a power-bank function. For a speaker of this size and at the original £329 price, I'd expect to be able to plug my phone into it and get a bit of emergency charge. It's not a deal-breaker for me, especially at £189, but it would have made the Xtreme 4 a much more versatile portable speaker.

I have lived with it for a few weeks now and can leave a review. Coming from a UE 2 it’s a massive upgrade, very long battery, if you play it in 50% it will last more than a week. It depends how many hours a day you are using it, from my experience I am using it 2-3 hours a day and only charged it once. When it arrived the battery was on 70%. Sound wise now, it’s very punchy, it will put a smile on your face. No matter what the genre it performs very well, nice lows, mids and highs. Don’t expect that Xtreme 4 will replace your hifi system, for an every day speaker you can carry everywhere with you is perfect! You will enjoy it for years! Not too heavy I think it’s 2.1kgs, good built quality, the strap helps carrying it and moving it around. If you can wait and grab it for 30% less as I did in Prime deals etc, it’s a steal, for less than £250 is an amazing Bluetooth speaker, it’s 5.3 so you get great cover from a big distance.

I have this jbl 4 and also own a 3 model which is heavy. The 4 gives great sound but it's not great at connecting to my projector as the sound drops in and out (watching films) . But for other uses it's fine. The 3 does not drop out ever, it's just a lump to carry around to dance classes. Both have amazing sound, the 4 over the 3 connects to other bluetooth speakers but I have not tried this function but they connected together fine
