Sadly its been 10 days and now I am stuck with thisReasons why I bought this,1- 65% discount.2- Fast delivery on this product.3- Youtube reviews on AULA productsPros- Works great, functional and does the job.- Compact size.- keystrokes are better- Sounds good I guess (click sounds isn't a big deal for me)- Looks good, and works great as a back ground prop for a youtuber.- Original packaging was not tampered and the manufacturer's seal was intact.Cons- Lights are dim AF!!- The keys are loose and pop off easily (I mean keys not the switches)- Connectivity issues when you're in wireless dongle or Bluetooth mode, the device keeps getting disconnected and its a pain in the a** to reconnect it, works the best only in wired mode.- Lack of documentation and no manual given, different AULA products have different documentations on their website.- Drivers, no dedicated one for all product drivers, you have to download different exe files for each of their products from a google drive (seems very sketchy but works without their custom drivers).- Their product designer doesn't understand design, there is no extra information given under the F1 to F12 keys when you have to hold Fn key. Example, the play, pause, forward, backward symbols under the Function keys.- I don't think the designers of this product know what backlit means, you can't make out what the keys are as there's zero light penetration through the lettering of these keys.If anyone is reading this, please do not buy this product. its a waste of money and time, I wish I could get a refund on this, who the hell designs "fn + ~ = wired mode" , "fn + F1 = Bluetooth 1" and not have it printed under the keys? Better just keep it as a switch?Answer AULA.There are way too many paid promotional videos of AULA on YouTube, I fell for them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but bluetooth *by A***. on 11 January 2025* Very good keyboard but Bluetooth connectivity is not good , for reconnect you have to on&off the bluetooth on both the side ### ⭐ Worst quality *by B***L on 2 April 2025* The media could not be loaded.
