This little thing is awesome. I am a heavy sweat-er, and I bike in California weather often 20 miles a day. The sweathawg sticks to the velcro bits in my helmet and stays in place, and works just like it should. I often have problems with my glasses getting sweaty and foggy within a few miles, to the point I have to not wear sunglasses. After adding this I just barely start to see those problems at 20 miles in. I can wear sunglasses again! This little thing is ridiculously absorbant, but doesn't drip like a towel or headband does, it retains better. Also, it somehow is cooler on my forehead even tho the airflow from a bit of my helmet vents are blocked. I really love this thing, it has helped so much. For comparison, I sweat so hard that sweat will pool in my sunglasses, in such a large amount that heavy road bumps will cause it to splash into my eyes. This has not been a problem since adding the forehead pad.

Update...after losing two I needed to get it to stick in the cap. I now use double sided fabric tape and it seems to be a great solution. No more sweat banded caps...this really works. Live in Florida and my hair is always wet from sweat. I've got a nice collection of unique caps and they no longer get wet nor stained. Should have used one of these years ago. I swap it between caps daily.

I actually bought this for one of my vintage goalie masks. It easily soaked up my sweat for the one hour I was playing.

Works good but can slip out if you take off hat

Did not work. My husband placed it correctly in his hat and it did not help stop the sweat from dripping into his eyes.

I use this product for my work hat because I’m a serious sweater and I’ve noticed a significant difference of how much sweat it stops from showing up under the hat brim. It is very comfortable inside the hat and isn’t a bother. If you work in hot environments or have to do lots of physical activity with a hat i definitely recommend this product! The price of this insert is definitely justified

Works good, but falls out if you take your hat off or have to adjust your hat, ive lost 2 already, may try a couple of pieces of velcro to keep it in place.
