Like magic! No more cheesecake sticking t my springform pan. The bottom mat is a smidge too big for my 9" pan, but still works, I just need to pay close attention to how it's positioned. Overall, Definitely recommend!!!! Price is fair. Very happy with the quality. Perfect for baking cheesecake. Very flexible so the side mat will work in any shape pan. Grips itself nicely.

Tried it out on a carrot cake and it worked really well. What a nice change to not have the hassle of cutting parchment paper etc. Easy to clean too.

This made removing my cheesecake from the pan a BREEZE!! It worked so great, easy to clean, and my cheesecake has never been so perfectly shaped! I recently started taking custom orders on the side and this was my first one for a customer so I obviously didn’t want to lend out my pan. I’ve never removed a cheesecake from the pan and wanted to ensure it wasn’t a painful process. I couldn’t be happier. It was easy to clean, didn’t effect baking, and is durable and able to be used over and over so definitely worth the money!

This kit for spring pans works great. I've always used parchment paper before but what a hassle to get it into the pans. These mats made it very easy and are a time saver. I still grease my pans with these and there was no sticking. Removing the cheesecake is very easy. They are easy to wash too.

It works well, but be careful. The cheesecake looked great with perfect sides. The bottom DOES NOT stand up to cutting. With our first use we noticed you can't remove it as you cannot turn a cheesecake over and peel it off. So, it got slice marks on it and it cut through in two spot on the first use. I wish it was more durable. The side wrap-around piece is awesome, but I would recommend disposable paper bottoms instead.
