Buy it
I really like this product. I was skeptical with the price being so expensive vs just buying a quart of primer for my spray gun. Bought it to repaint my motorcycle. Did the gas tank, front fender, rear fender, and both side plastics. It took me three cans with two coats of primer on each piece. That’s one light coat and a heavy cover coat. I used rust oleum plastic adhesion promoter with it on all my plastic parts and no issues there. Has an adjustable tip. Dried super fast so getting multiple coats on was nice. I ended up being a can short from what i anticipated. Had bought two and ended up needing three. Laid down really nice and smoothly. It started to sputter once at the end of one can but I was trying to get every last drop of paint. Tips did not clog and no runs down my hands/fingers from the nozzle. I also bought their base coat paint as well as clear coat so we will see how it ends up overall but I do recommend the primer so far. Nice product. Seems high quality

Works great!
I got this to paint the underside of my hood scoop. Great coverage, easy to use. The color came out perfect to help the scoop to “disappear”, under the hood. Nice flat color , and it’ll stay that way. I painted said scoop almost two years ago and no signs of any paint related problems. Worth the extra money though when you seal the backside of fiberglass.

It’s good paint.
Not sure why other reviewers have had some of the issues they did. I was very happy with the results I got. Sprays nice and has an actual fan on the tip. I will be saving it for other spray cans even. Paint dried quickly and is hard. I was able to cover a door and rocker panel with one can. It’s a smooth finish and gives me a good surface to work with for filler, primer surfacer, then finally paint. Id imagine you could probably do a whole car with 6-8 cans. At that point I’d just get a gallon of paint though but if you don’t have a compressor it’s an option. This was by far the easiest spray can to paint with in my experience and being a 2k paint I have no worries about it holding up long term which will be important since everything else will be holding onto it for adhesion.

Do not expect the same quality as 2K clear
I'm quite disappointed with this product. Spent days stripping and smoothening down this hood to the best I could. Made sure the weather was optimal conditions (75°f with the perfect humidity). Was good to go and shook the can excessivelt before and after activating each stage. Ive worked with 2k clear before on multiple occasions and not ever had an issue. This 2k primer, despite being the same name brand, is not of the same quality. Opening up the top, I was met with a loose spray head. I believe this is where the design flaw is. There is a orange cap that goes over some ports on the spray cap. With this on, there's barely any pressure. However, removing the cap results in a super stream of spray paint in 3 directions. Using the can as directed, sprayed extremely thin. You can't even hold the spray down for more than 3 seconds before it gives up and sputters. I don't dare open up my second can in fear of this. Even if I did open it up and it worked out, I require two cans for full coverage and that would require a second gamble on a purchase. Disappointing to the fullest extent. I'm currently trying to contact support over this matter as this is unacceptable for the price I paid. I now have to spend more time and $$$ resurfacing the hood to start back over. If I wanted a product of this quality I'd go to a dollar store bargain bin. Only compliment I can give to the product is that it harden within 10 minutes to the touch. So atleast it'll be easy to remove.

High-Solids 2K Formula with Strong Mechanical Adhesion
After activating the internal hardener, spray atomization remained even. Flash times aligned with manufacturer specs. Final cured film showed strong adhesion to sanded steel and body filler. Sands evenly at 400–600 grit without excessive clogging. Pros: ✔ Professional-grade adhesion ✔ Even spray pattern ✔ Durable cured surface Cons: ✘ Limited pot life after activation ✘ Requires full PPE and ventilation True two-component performance in aerosol form.
