Always load the blue Quality Card from the same pack of photo paper that is in the printer. The blue card should be inserted into the paper tray with the barcode facing down. Zero stars. Had to return immediately. Photo quality was terrible. They look like old Polaroids no vivid colors. Lots of shadows. Was trying to use this for my classroom photo albums. Definitely didn’t work.
