**Q: Fresh or expired?**
A: The one I got was fresh and I used it as a replacement battery in my UPS.  It has been about a year and it is still going strong.

**Q: Did your batteries come with plastic terminals covers for protection?**
A: Only had styrofoam separating two batteries in the box, no covers. The box was snug so this was very reasonable.

**Q: Did your batteries come with terminal covers on them?**
A: They come with a small plastic cover that gets removed when installed.

**Q: What is the highest rate of temperature this battery is rated for?**
