Surprisingly Great Find
Never thought I’d be buying anchovy paste on Amazon, but my local grocery store was out; and I’m so glad I did. The Cento brand is always reliable, and this paste is no exception. It’s smooth, rich, and packed with that deep umami flavor that adds a perfect punch to my homemade dressings. Great quality, authentic taste, and it arrived quickly and well-packaged. Definitely a pantry staple from now on!

Tasty but not overpowering
Really nice to add to pasta sauce or salad dressing, especially for pasta puttanesco. I'm not a big fan of anchovies, but I do like to use a touch of the paste, which adds some of the flavor without being overpowering. It stores really well in the fridge. Very convenient in its small tube, which doesn't leak. Lasts quite a long time in the fridge.

Just a pinch of this takes dishes "above and beyond" - unidentifiable but the secret to perfection!
Excellent product... the "secret ingredient" that takes a dish above and beyond, that people "can't put their finger on" but enjoy!
