phenomenal! Machine and best customer service ever
this is an updated review, I love this dishwasher. It’s amazing. Perfect for a single guy in a small condo or apartment. It really is amazing. But what is even better is the customer service. The third day of owning this I noticed there was a crack, a little dent in the drainage hose and I was going to return the dishwasher, but I spoke with the seller and they sent me a brand new drainage hose for free. I was frustrated at first because it took about three weeks to get it, but I didn’t realize it was actually coming from China, but they kept checking in with me to see if I had received it to let me know they were taking care of the situation personally I was frustrated at first, but now that I’ve received the replacement hose I really am truly grateful to this company. The customer service the absolute best and this is a damn good dishwasher. It’s small but it will do a service of four. It also cleans better than any other full-size dishwasher. It’s wonderful actually I didn’t have space in my kitchen. I didn’t have any hard, plumbing hook ups so in the walk-in pantry in my kitchen, I put it on a shelf I hook the new drainage hose up to it and I actually had the drainage hose going down to a sparkling water bottle that was empty that I had on the shelf below it down on the floor and this thing is easy to fill up. It’s just three big pitchers of water. The pitcher comes with it and when it washes it drains through that hose into the Sparkletts water bottle that I have and then I just empty it in the sink when I’m done I didn’t need any hard plumbing or anything. I know it sounds a little trailer park but I swear to God it’s phenomenal if you hate doing dishes as much as I do you will love this even with the set up again you can hard plumb it or you can use the pitcher to fill up the machine. I can’t recommend this thing enough and again the customer service was extraordinary . what an incredible invention. Perfect for a small condo and a single man. That being said it’s big enough for a family of two maybe more. The thing is streamlined. It’s actually very beautiful. It works wonderfully so easy to set up and dam. It does an incredible job. Worth three times as much the money.

Perfect dishwasher for my needs!
I’ve had and been using this dishwasher for a few months. it was definitely worth the money. i moved from a big house to a very old, much smaller house. there is no dishwasher and i would need to add a panel to my electric to even put one in. so i decided to just a small countertop one. i am so glad i did! since there is only 2 of us here it works great. i mostly use it for coffee cups, silverware, plates and bowls. it holds more than it looks like it would. it also comes with a fruit basket that you can use to wash your fruit. i’ve used it to was new silverware. i just spaced things out in the basket and it was perfect. i use the included pitcher to fill it and just leave the drain hose in the sink. i run it daily and it just takes a small amount of detergent. there is a small sip in the glass front where you put the detergent. it has multiple setting including drying and it is so easy to use!!

New kitchen bestie (especially for produce washing function!)
This is my new favorite thing. I literally sent my best friend a video of it washing my produce, because it’s both mesmerizing to watch and also immensely satisfying to know that *I* don’t have to wash those fruits myself. (This is going to be a very produce-washing-heavy review, for those who might be looking for that.) So far, having washed apples, grapes, and potatoes in it, all 3 of them have held up splendidly and have been noticeably clean afterward (no wax on the apples, and no grit on the grapes and potatoes). The one bit of advice I have is to run a cycle to rinse out any remaining detergent residue between using the machine for dishes and using it for washing produce, unless you like your fruits and vegetables to taste kind of soapy. 😅 As far as dishes, there are plenty of other reviews here that address how well it works for those (answer: perfectly well for its intended purpose), so I wanted to give a little more information about the produce washing function, since that was half the reason I bought it. (The other reason is that my second child is due soon, and I refuse to put myself through handwashing a million breast pump and bottle pieces every day. When looking into bottle washers, I realized it wasn’t a huge jump in cost to get a countertop dishwasher, and that I could use it to wash fruit for my toddler, so I chose this model based on the existing reviews and have raving about it to my friends and family ever since.) _________________________ Update a couple weeks later: strawberries and blueberries have also done great! Out of an abundance of caution (because I don't like the idea of eating dishwasher detergent), I've been running a self-clean cycle, or at least the beginning of one to get a good rinse, before I run a produce load if the previous load was a detergent load, and there's no soapy taste on my produce that way. (I am a "super smeller" even when I'm not pregnant, so I don't know how much other people might care or notice, but it felt worth a mention.) I have not yet been brave enough to try with super delicate berries like raspberries or blackberries, but perhaps someday. My family is eating more fresh produce than they have in years despite me having less energy than I have perhaps ever?, because this machine halves the prep, and lets me have fresh fruit and veggies on hand for us to snack on without the worry of listeria contamination from frozen or pre-cut produce. I would give it ten stars if I could!

Excellent dishwasher with minor flaws
I received my dishwasher yesterday. I washed two loads of dishes. The effectiveness of the wash is very excellent, it cleaned stuck on dried food very good. Example, I had a pizza cutter wheel that had dried pizza sauce and cheese, it came out shiny. The drying is not the best but I did not mind drying off dishes before putting them away. Example, water collected on top of cups and bowls. The noise level was comfortable for me, I am sensitive to loud noises so it didn't bother me none. As far as size, it fit under my cabinet with a few centimeters to spare, but I have to pull the dishwasher out to fill the tank. I tried the inlet house but due to faulty kitchen faucet I had to stop using it. I do have to give the inlet hose a bad rep, it does kink up easily when you push the dishwasher back against it, so be aware of that flaw. I recommend purchasing a stainless steel hose or a stronger hose material, because over time that kink can cause a leak or a hose burst making a mess. I can not review the durability as I have just got it. The best feature I like, is after your done using it, you can turn on the drying mode to prevent excess moisture turning into mildew and bad smell. There was one small flaw in the dish rack, one wheel on the back right was bent inward, I had to correct it with a pair of pliers so it doesn't fall in; downside is the plastic coating is fragile so be careful with using pliers. In Conclusion I am very impressed with the dishwasher, it makes my life easier because I have muscle spasms in my back when I stand up doing dishes by hand thus leaving a dirty dishes left unattended for days. Now with this I am able to keep my kitchen sanitary. I recommend this for a one person, I wouldn't recommend it for over two people due to limited space for dishes. Hope this review helps you make a sound decision in your purchase.

Works well
So far ive been using this dishwasher for a little over a week. I love it! Definitely beats not having one. It doesnt hold alot but I know that prior to purchase. Its just me and my son so it works if I wash once every evening and I have found as long as I wipe or rinse all leftovers off the dishes there is no need to do that long wash. The quick wash cleans very good. No spots or greasy feeling on the dishes. Ive washed fruit as well works great for that. Plan to update review in a few months.

I don't trust it's cleaning ability
I wanted to love this, but I really don't. I don't have faith that it gets anything fully clean. The first time I used it, residue on silverware and a ton of residue on a plate. In fact, one of the plates looks like it came out more dirty than it went in. Tried it again, ran it on the strong mode and increased the amount of detergent. Similar result. And I'm not overloading it or putting really dirty dishes inside, everything has been wiped of in some way, either beforehand or was not allowed to have anything dry on it. I think this is due to the fact that it has a non-standard way to load detergent. The detergent ends up in a small square at the bottom of the machine after placing it in a square on the door. That's it. When in action, I don't see any foam or really anything significant going on - it looks like it's just rinsing dishes with plain water. I don't have hard water and I'm using Cascade powder detergent. What am I missing? There's also not a dedicated area for rinse off agents, like even if I wanted to buy one and incorporate that into the process, I don't have faith it's going to be used very well because it's going through the same process as detergent. Returning this is going to be a hassle, especially if I go by some of the negative reviews. But I might as well return it because it's not actually saving me any time. I still have to wet and clean dishes after running them through this. The device seems okay otherwise, maybe a bit small, but it looks ok otherwise. I went with this over traditional Western name brands because I thought I could get away from paying a name brand price. Now I'm really wondering how those name brands would compare. Like maybe they don't have I completely see through window or as many settings, but would they function correctly?

Better than any bottle washer/sterilizer out there!
As a new mom who majorly hates bottle washing (and doing dishes!) I can say this is worth every penny! If you’re on the fence I say go for it and let my review be your sign! Super easy to use and has all the functions anyone would need. It’s very compact. I almost didn’t buy it because I couldn’t justify the loss of space in my tiny kitchen but now I can! It’s smaller than you think it is honestly. And the time and sanity it gives you back make it so worth it. I haven’t washed dishes or bottles in what feels like forever. It has not leaked on me once and seems to be solid all the way around. My only tips after using it now for many months are 1. Use the hottest water available when adding water to it if you are not hooking it up to your tap. Do not wait start the load immediately. It heats water well but adding already hot water makes it bottle sanitizing worthy and that’s what I needed it for. 2. Be sure to anchor your drain hose in your sink somehow use the suction cup provided or secure in someway. I made the mistake of not doing so and the force of the water coming through the hose when emptying blasted it out of the sink and I ended up with water all over the kitchen floor. Granted it’s not a lot of water because of this machine is so efficient. You hardly use any water in a load however it still sucked to clean up, but that was user error not the machine’s fault. Lesson. learned I used the suction cup and it never happened again. 3. My only regret is not getting this sooner as I was on the fence with this thing in my cart for over a year!

Love it!
I have never had the luxury of a dishwasher. My kitchen is small and lacking counter space. There are just two of us so felt a full size dishwasher was a waste of space and money. This is perfect for us. I found a small spot next to the counter for it and every evening after supper load our dinnerware. It washes while I hand wash the prep dishes. It does a great job and serves our needs perfectly. Love it. It does a great job of cleaning the dishes even dried and crusty ones. It is quiet and easy to set up and use. Can’t say enough good things. I love it so much I may have to name it and make it part of the family!
