The ear tips included with the ear buds kept loosening and falling out of one of my ears (I guess my ears are not symmetrical?) Been using these foam tips for about 3 months and am very happy. I do 30 minute jogs which shakes the ear buds a lot... needs a good fit to stay in. These tips holds better than the original tips in my other ear. I went from adjusting the ear buds every few minutes with my old ones... to now maybe adjusting it once every 10 or 15 minutes of running. Sound is fine. I don't notice a big difference after swapping to these.
