## Description

Chase time on the watch, challenging and encouraging all companions in the name of goals and to improve yourself. Our must-have training model is based on a lighter and more breathable upper than the previous version, which complements our standards of endurance and comfort, to help you cope with cardio, give you strength during weightlifting and dominating workouts. Standard Safety Warning

Review: Good product but mis-labelled - This is a standard Nike Metcon training shoe. Different from running trainers in that the sole is relatively rigid and the heel is elevated to help with lifting weights, especially squats and deadlifts. It comes with additional heel inserts if you really struggle with ankle mobility but these will make the shoe feel less secure as they elevate your heel further out of the shoe. If you are looking to use for Crossfit-style workouts then the shoe is ideal. Important to note that for some reason the seller has put the word soccer in there - the shoe is not designed for soccer and I wouldn't recommend for soccer. The sole is rigid and non-slip, similar to a squash or basketball shoe and would not have enough grip for a grass or 4G soccer surface. Add to that the heel point above and the upper construction of synthetic mesh (for breathability) that would not provide any protection to your foot if you actually tried to play soccer in these shoes.
Review: Perfect for squat…love it - It’s an amazing shoes. excellent for lifting and squat…love it. Size also correct for me and I bought white colors truly i feel good and more confident.

## Features

- We've further expanded the HyperLift plate in the heel for added stability during more challenging workouts, like split squats, body weight training and lower body exercises.
- The rubber casing is extended in the center for added strength and support. So you can climb the rope at the same speed without worrying about wear.
- Dual-density foam provides responsive cushioning for long-lasting comfort during intense cardio sessions.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product but mis-labelled

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for squat…love it
*by J***N on 23 August 2021*

It’s an amazing shoes. excellent for lifting and squat…love it. Size also correct for me and I bought white colors truly i feel good and more confident.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not for soccer. Regular Metcon 6 for training (gym). Fab for Women too.
*by M***E on 13 November 2021*

These are regular Metcon 6 shoes, and they are mislabeled. They are for training (gym, hitt training) not for soccer. I'm a female, bought a size UK6 (in mens) which is exactly my when I buy womens shoes. Perfect fit (have regular width feet). I wear 25cm/UK 6/EU 39 - 40/Canadian or US size 8 1/2. Hopefully this helps! This is the only pair I found available in the whole of the internet... Other "womens" nike Metcons were ridiculously ugly - even the new ones like the Metcon 7. Why the womens shoes have to always be pink is beyond me!!! Anyways if you manage to snatch these, you're lucky.
