Review: Flex head broke after a year, but they replaced it fast! - Updating from 3 to 5 stars: Leaf’s customer service went above and beyond to keep me as a customer. They responded so quickly. I sent them proof of purchase and a photo and they agreed to replace my broken razor, no problem. They didn’t have the original finish (rose gold) that I purchased, so they let me pick a new one I liked. They are sending it asap to me and I couldn’t be happier. THAT is customer service - being prompt, polite, and making it right. After one year, my razor bit the dust. The flexing head portion of the razor broke. So, it’s just floppy and I can’t shave properly now. I’ve always been careful with it and taken care of it. I loved this razor, but for the price point, it just didn’t hold up. Not sure if this is a fluke or if it has happened to others, but I’m disappointed.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This will definitely nick your budget... but worth it.

I was looking for a razor that was both sustainable and effective. I've used this razor twice now, and it gets the job done. I also tried it with my face, and it worked just fine. They Leaf Brand has other razors that are supposedly better for the face - but if you don't have sensitive skin or other concerns, you might just be able to stick with just this version. Four stars because of the following: This razor isn't going to be fun if you have dexterity issues - it is heavy and slippery when wet so you will have to remain aware of how you are using it. There is a separate grip you can buy but for the price why wouldn't it come with a grip and a cover? I never used anything like this (solid Venus user) and was able to use it without any cuts or nicks. It doesn't come with a razor cover and you have to buy the travel case separately.
