Review: I use this finger splint on my middle finger of my right hand after having surgery for trigger finger. It works great!!! Easy to use. I wear it a great deal to straighten and stretch the tendon. Trying to straighten the tendon by pushing down on the finger yourself is painful. This device when set properly is painless. It gradually applies enough force to straighten the finger. I use it on and off all day long as I continually work to regain finger flexibility. This is the 6th surgery I’ve had (on different fingers). Recovery is going to take at least 4 to 6 months. This is the same product I have used each time.

I sometimes used it during the day but NOT while doing anything that involved finger bending (i.e. only used it during the day when watching TV...). **Q: What are the dimensions of this item B?**
A: Three or four inches, roughly

**Q: is this the right size for pinky?**
A: These come in at least two sizes. Probably best if you get fitted by an o Occupational Therapist.

**Q: where is the measurement information to pick a size?**
A: If you look at the display on Amazon, right after the name of the product you will see "AA." That is the size. They range from AA to A to D. Here's what one purchaser wrote, based on language on the packaging when the product was delivered: I, "Measured from palmar crease to distal finger crease." specifically on my left pinky finger, did exactly as told to do, and got (give or take 1/16") 2 1/2"; wherein I purchased this size. After receiving the product and reading the packaging/instructions it clearly indicates that AA is 2 1/4" and A is 2 3/4"

**Q: What is the difference between size a and size aa? i need one for my little (pinky) finger**
A: I had the same question, so I bought both an A and an AA. For a pinky finger, especially for a woman, the A is too large. Get the AA. I returned the A.

I used this product after my tendon surgery and nerve repair. Once I finished my rehabilitation with my occupational therapist, she recommended that I use it to help straighten my finger. It was a useful tool to incorporate after rehab when my doctor advised me to start using it. However, if it is not recommended for you, it should not be used. It's important to limit the amount of time you use it each day, as overuse can further damage your finger.
