Hi, what do you use this planer for? Thx.

I cut 3 ft sections of cedar trees in half length lenght wise. I use this planer to then even out the interior surface of the log to make benches. Tried using a hand powered rasp. Then quickly bought the Makita. I prefer Makita brand to all others.. Blades make quick work of a14 inch wide bench top, leaving a smooth surface thst requires only finish sanding after a finish has been applied.

I am looking for the elbow attachment for the dust bag?

I bought the bag separately. I don't know for sure, but mine came with a straight out adapter for the bag to attach to, or the adapter came with the planer. Either way, I don't have an elbow with mine. Having the bag straight out the side has never been a problem and I think that it's better that way instead of back along the planer. Hope this helps you.

Does the guide have a bevel adjustment to it?

You can buy an adjustable guide for it but it does not come with one. The guide it comes with is 90 degrees
