I’ve had pain in my back and neck for years but at last I’m pain free. ### ⭐ Disappointing *by B***S on 20 September 2021* I’ve left writing this review for a while as I keep positively going back to this device hoping it will help me. I purchased this device to help with aches and pains in my back and joints. The write ups are good and all very plausible and good reviews. I have tried this through the various settings in the hope I would get benefit but have noticed no difference at all. It could just be me as no doubt not everybody is suitable.If purchasing however, the device is well made and everything included in the pack that is initially needed. Instructions are easily understood and easy to follow. A neat device and unobtrusive.I am disappointed however as I had higher expectations for the price and now unfortunately put back in the box and stored in a cupboard. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Device didn’t come with a U.K. 3 pin plug.....one was sent Free when the company read this review. *by T***N on 13 August 2018* I have had been using this device for a week and a half and will give a review of it when I have completed the full course of treatment. The device came with a two pin plug (thin pins not as thick as a U.K. 2 pin) even though the inserts in the box indicate that the plug inside the box should be a 3 pin plug. This means that my two pin to 3 pin converter has to be upright and is loose so I’m not sure how good the connection is when charging. Hope it doesn’t damage the unit. Their shop sells the 3 pin plug version in the replacement section so not sure why mine didn’t come with one.Update : Someone at the company must have read my review because the sent me a U.K. plug free of charge. Now the reason I bought the device. In 2014 I was walking down some concrete steps in the dark and tripped over some black bags full of grass clippings and turned my ankle. If I hadn’t landed on the bags I would surely have broken my ankle. For then on l had a constant nagging pain in my ankle that never improved nor did it get any worse. In 2018 I bought the device and after I had gone through the the six week routine which I followed to the letter it felt a little better but by no means right. I repeated the course and it certainly improved more. After that I got out of the habit of using it on a daily basis and used it more intermittently which obviously meant I wasn’t really using it to its optimum effect. Having said that the pain in my ankle has gone so it looks like the device does do something.Conclusion : Had I not bought the device I certainly think I would still be having a pain in my ankle. I had tried to lend it to a mate who had a really bad knee but he wasn’t interested in using it. Which is a shame because I would really have liked to see what it would have done in his case.
