Helix Midnight Luxe

The Helix Midnight arrived on time and was exactly as described. The quality was great, but we had been sleeping on a firmer mattress before, and after testing the Midnight for almost 90 days, it was simply too soft for us. I reached out to the seller and explained the situation, and they offered to send me the firmer version, the Helix Twilight. It arrived today. I haven't slept on it yet, but it looks like the same great quality as the first one, and it's definitely firmer. Not too firm, just firmer, which seems perfect for us. Five stars to the seller. They were responsive, offered great customer service, and solved the problem. I was a little worried at first because I didn't buy directly from Helix, but after some research I found out the seller is 3Z Brands, the parent company that owns Helix and manufactures its mattresses in its own facility. So buying from them is just as good as, or better than, buying from Helix directly, and I got a really good price. The fact that they offered a replacement mattress makes it even better. Very happy with this purchase!

I got this mattress per ChatGPT recommendation, haha. I saw that it had won some awards. That said, I’m always skeptical of mattress ads, they seem to promise much more than they can deliver. I’m a side and belly sleeper and turn a LOT! This mattress is truly award-worthy. It hasn’t made me a new man, but I don’t wake up with shoulder or neck pain from side sleeping. Highly recommend.

Nest bed I've ever had. Its supportive/firm in the middle/bottom but the top layer is softer. I use it on an adjustable base and it keeps its shape/support. I am a side sleeper and have hip issues and this mattress has helped ease them. Granted my last mattress was absolute trash, so any upgrade wpuldve felt magical but this mattress makes me excited to get into bed, its so comfortable. I used to wake up everytime I rolled over, but not anymore. I got the queen sized Midnight Luxe Medium. It us worth every penny. My quality of sleep has never been this good.

I believe I have buyer's remorse to some extent. I'm 155 pounds and believe I'm on the lighter side for this mattress as a side sleeper. It's too firm in the hip area and think the lumbar support may have been a mistake. Unfortunately I took too long to do anything about it. The bed sleeps just as hot as my further memory foam mattress that had two inches of cooling gel. I likely should've saved my money and went with the standard Midnight vs the Luxe. I've been forcing myself to be a back sleeper and it's fine for that

Very nice hybrid medium firm mattress . I bought a queen for my room and liked it so much I ordered a twinxl for the guest room.

Very comfortable. Well worth the money. Would definitely recommend to buyers.

He shopped around and red eye reviews, and did our research. We took a chance to buy a mattress and got lucky. This mattress is really good for side sleepers. The delivery and set up was easy for us. We are happy with this mattress and the price.
