The taste is unprecedented unlike other cheddar cheeses out there; this one is where to go. This is the best it is nutty, refined subtle yet also somehow very bold and commands attention and good at holding it. Lol that is all. I believe that speaks enough about this glorious cheese to share its greatness.

I love this cheese. It’s not as hard as Parmesan but has a bit of grain and overall nice texture.

I am a cheese connoisseur. The Kerrygold Dubliner is excellent (and so is their unsalted butter). Exactly as Kerrygold says, the Dubliner blends the sharpness of mature cheddar with the nutty sweetness of Swiss and Parmesan. I would add that it does so expertly. The result is an excellent and very versatile cheese. I love it!
