This is my first dedicated running shoe. I have made some huge changes to diet and exercise over the last 6 months and I finally have worked myself up to incorporated jogging in my daily walks. When I first started out I was just using whatever shoes I didn't mind messing up. lol This was fine when I was only walking up to about 6 miles a day 5 to 6 times a week. But when I started running during my hour plus sessions I started getting joint pain in my knees and ankles as well as a bit more muscle aches. I thought it was mainly from being out of shaped so I asked a friend that runs regularly and he laughed at me and said it was normal but also that I needed dedicated running shoes to help with this pain. So far I have used these shoes for 2 runs 4+mph and I can absolutely feel a big difference in my pain levels. I made sure I pushed myself toward my record pace each time to make sure I wasn't taking it easy so I could judge accurately. Well I love the shoes. I think they are actually pretty stylish as well but most importantly the provide good cushioning for my body on these runs. I had to wear them all day after a run because I was in a rush and realized these are just good shoes for wearing all day when you will be on your feet. They are pretty light weight which is nice as well. They are soft without being to squishy. And if you can catch them on sale it's a no brainer. I got mine for $36 bucks but I believe I would have been happy with this shoe if they were $20 more which is the regular price I believe. I definitely recommend these especially for a new runner or someone that simply has a job on their feet all day. It's worth a shot.

Son excelentes zapatillas para correr a ritmos entre 4'50'' a 6'00'', ademas que son muy duradaras, ya tengo 600km con ella y aun se ve que aguantan almenos 200 km mas.
