Durable, inexpensive, quality product. Accommodates a number of different camera styles, sizes and screw mount patterns. I use it as a mounting base/cabling box for smaller dome and bullet cameras under two pounds. I also use it as a standalone cabling junction box. Comes with five what looks like silicone plugs for what I would call the "knock-out" holes (though there is nothing to knock-out but the plugs). Two of the plugs are pre-split with a center hole for running Cat 5 or 6 cables thru. It is more water-resistant than "waterproof" as there is no gasketing on the cover, but it is more than adequate to keep my wires and connections dry where I install it under overhangs and on soffits. This box is large enough--and the screw mount patterns match-up--to use as a mounting base for some of my larger 5 - 8 pound PTZ cameras like the TrackMix, but in the high wind region I'm in that may be pushing the design limits of the box. Overall, a great product!

This box was sturdy, the right size and worked well for my Anran camera. However, the cover has several holes for mounting cameras with various brackets, so it's very versatile. Definitely recommended 👍🏼

Light weight and easy to install. Works well with any camera

I know there were a lot of complaints about not being absolutely waterproof. They are not perfectly sealed, but it depends where and how you mount them. You can use the weatherproof Cat5, or Ca6 union with your camera cable, there was plenty of room inside the box for the connector and extra wire to fit. Yes, the box is hinged and has a slight opening, that is why it's clearly marked where the top is, the hinge is on the bottom. If some moisture got in, at least it could drain and dry up. I dislike the Aluminum boxes, first off they are way to expensive. Aluminum ones the screws corrode in the housing and always break and cause problems. When moisture gets in the Aluminum ones they can't dry out and your wire connections corrode, it's better if it has a slight opening at the bottom so it can breathe. It was so much better with these Plastic boxes, they give you the soft silicone grommets to use, just plan your install. To me, these were Great, they come in White and Black, I purchased both!!! You can't beat the Price, you get 4 of them!!!

Functional. Great for wire storage.

I used these junction box to install my GeoVision turret cameras. I used them because I needed a box to mount the camera and to secure the wires from the cameras . The installation was easy and the boxes had multiple holes to use for various size footprints. I would recommend the for its functionality and quality.

Worked perfectly to add room to plug ethernet lines to a security camera. Love that it is universal and sturdy.

Otherwise good product and price my cameras are 5” width not 4”. Product descriptions says 5” Buyer Beware

This junction box worked perfectly for my Reolink cameras. Installation was straightforward and didn’t require much effort, and everything made sense right away. It fit well, looks clean once installed, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I didn’t run into any issues during setup or after mounting the camera. Overall, it made the installation cleaner and more professional, and I’m happy with how it turned out. Simple, effective, and no complaints so far.
