A step in the right direction
This product is so easy to put together and install anyone can do it.

much better than the ladder we had with the pool
I bought these because I have leg problems and the regular ladder that came with the pool made me nervous. I worried about my foot slipping on the narrow rungs. This ladder makes me feel secure as I climb into pool (we got two, one for the outside and one for the inside of the pool). Only concern is that I think we didn't get the rails as secure as I would like. They wobble a bit.

Very good and wide enough, but weak handles, that is because of being plastic.
I like this step; it took me only 2 hours to figure out and assemble it.

Ideal for my grandson with disability
This ladder was the difference between my grandson being able to get out of the pool safely due to his inability to use fine motor skills. He would have had to watch his family and friends enjoy the pool while he watched, or have someone in the pool who could assist a 12year old who is over 6' to get out of the pool.

Mostly good but some negative
This was super easy to put together. That made it a huge plus. We put two of these back to back in an Intex pool. Not sure it was intended to be put together that way, but we made it work. The biggest issue is the floating for sure. 50 lbs of sand in steps in the pool will not keep it down. Of course, we are not anchoring the pools like it is supposed to be either. There is no deck to secure them to. But overall a great purchase for us
