Good easy to handle

Wonderful product from WhirlPool. At the price of INR 15,000 (+ INR 3,000 during installation that included a stand, water filter, and scalegon packets) - This is an overall great deal for a washing machine. Does the job pretty well overall; however, there are a few points buyers should note down from my experience. 1. The water fills up quite slowly - Upon beginning a wash cycle/wash program, the entire tub to get filled with water takes about 20 solid minutes. The overall wash takes quite a long time per load. Even on the quickest setting, "Express Wash", expect a minimum of 1 hour or more of your time to complete the wash load. If going for the regular "Daily Load" or "Heavy Duty" - please mark 2 hours of your time aside, as this machine is slow and takes its own sweet time. 2. RPM of the drum is neither too high nor too low, just the right spin speed during rinse. I would personally, however, prefer it to be a little bit higher (faster), but this is still manageable at this stage. 3. Considerable delay in installation, hence the reason why I had to deduct one star, else, I was open to rating 5/5 - the service center took 3+ days to get in touch and the installation + demo happened on the 4th day i.e. close to a week just to complete the ordeal from reasearching the best appliance to actually using it, spans out to close to two months for me personally - however, this is again subject to your local WhirlPool service center, therefore it depends on the team, so we can't generalize this issue. 4. Agitator is solid, durable, and really strong. Clothes get mixed properly and come out moderately damp rather than being completely wet. The program cycle takes the clothes through soak, rinse, dry, and repeat once more, therefore you can expect a fresh load of fresh water to be injected into the system which is what I personally found to be the best. I know this is a basic requirement of all washing machines, but it's always good to know that it is there. Overall fit and finish of the appliance is great, and I do recommend this product from WhirlPool to anyone who's just entering the segment and is looking at a reasonable budget on a top-load washing machine. I've faced no issues so far and hope not to encounter any anytime soon!

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Whirlpool washing machine that I purchased from your company via Amazon. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have encountered nothing but frustration and poor customer service. The washing machine, which is still under warranty, has been exhibiting a persistent problem of excessive vibration during operation. Despite my repeated complaints and requests for assistance, the technical personnel sent to my home have been dismissive and unhelpful. The last service person who visited my home not only failed to address the issue but also displayed a shocking level of rudeness towards me and my family. Instead of acknowledging the problem with the machine, he absurdly attributed the vibrations to the type of clothing being washed, suggesting that placing a napkin inside the machine was the cause. He even went as far as to imply that I should either refrain from using certain materials or stand by the machine constantly during operation. Such a response is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. It is evident that there is a genuine issue with the machine itself, as evidenced by the continued vibrations despite multiple attempts at resolution. I demand that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. This includes providing a thorough inspection of the washing machine by competent technicians and offering a viable solution to resolve the ongoing problem. Furthermore, I find it deeply concerning that despite lodging multiple complaints over the past 15 days, there has been no satisfactory response or resolution from your end. I insist that this matter be treated with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. Attached to this email are videos documenting the persistent issue with the washing machine, which I hope will serve as clear evidence of the problem at hand. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, failing which I will be compelled to escalate this complaint through other channels, including consumer protection agencies and social media platforms. I’m using it since 1 month Till now I’ve got no problm No unnecessary noice while using . It Has 12 programme for different wash.installation was pretty smooth . Got it for approx 18000/- .

Very Good Product

So far good performance. Fully automatic does it's job. Don't expect the perfection as in hand wash. White dress with stain is clean only 70%. For other colours you never know how far the dirt is removed.
