It does bring some relief for a couple of hours to the severe berve pain in my feet and toes. I also need carpel tunnel surgery in both wrists and have nerve pain in both hands so I go on and rub what's left into my hands after I rub it on my feet. Obviously, be careful not to touch your face or eyes until you have washed your hands.
