Gets the job done

The best choice
I use these cables primarily for patch bay. They are very durable and have a great feel and connection to the patch bay. I've been using Hosa branded cables in my home studio for years, and they are super-reliable and high quality. This is your best choice versus some of the cheaper cables you have to choose from.

great buy for these cables
These are very nice little cables. So nice, I had to purchase another set. They are 3 feet long, and TRS, which is perfect for my recording system. I needed balanced cables and that's what these are. 8 cables, 3 feet long, and all a different color so you don't get them mixed up. Don't buy just one set, because you are going to want another, after you see the quality of the first set.

Got them to from my mpc to my mixer. Worked fine. Sound is good.

Very thin and seemingly unshielded
These cables, were nice, but very thin and unshielded. Probably best for studio use. The colors were also very pastel instead of vibrant. Not a big deal, but didn't look as good as the photo. They were quiet and functional, just thin.

Recommend coloring all your cables
Love these things; in time I’ve realized having colored cables is a huge help when u need to trace one thru all spaghetti Can’t speak to the build quality I’ve only had for a week. I’m sure it’s fine ha ppl making platinum records in bedrooms and hotels u know Get colored cables!!

Good Cables - Excessive Price in 2025
I first bought this set of cables back in 2017, and wanted to get another set to add on for my Studio. $54.78? You're joking. I went back and checked my order from 2017 - $28.95. They're great cables, but double in price? Come on Hosa, what does it cost you to make them - like $2 ? Well, I bought them because I really wanted them to match my existing ones. I'm giving 3 stars for value vs. cost, just out of protest.

I bought these to patch the control voltages of my Moog voyager to my moogerfoogers. Because these are 3 ft long I am no longer moving units closer to the source and destination CV just to get them to fit, they are well made and I love the colours. Delivered promptly and do the job 100%.

I have been using these patch cables for some time and have had no issues. The make a good solid connection and I haven't measured an additional noise when using them compared to my more premium patch cables (Mogami, etc). I also have a few Hosa pro line cables and while these are not the same, they still work great as I would expect. If you have a patch bay, get these, they work.
