I was able to find everything I needed to know from the privkey.zendesk.com technical support site. Just followed the quickstart. I was able to program my Identrust cert, my work cert, and my personal cert all into the key. Then using the command line utility map them to the slots. I installed the recommended PCKS#11 drivers (OpenSC) and import the default (set this in the GUI) cert into Thunderbird (email). If you don't do the mapping then it only sees the default PIV cert that ships on the card. So hey, very nice.
