Hoka Men's Bondi 9

This is the second or third pair of these shoes I've ordered and they are fantastic. The sole is quite thick, but they are surprisingly light still. They fit well with a little breaking in, my heel slides a little at first until getting them tightened right and worn in after a couple of weeks. They are breathable so my feet don't get hot and at first it takes a little getting used to for how they are soft when you step but then have a little spring to them. Great shoes for a lot of walking around or standing on concrete floors all day. No more leg soreness since I started wearing them.

If you deal with heavy lower-body swelling, lower back pain, or have medical hardware and screws in your legs from past surgeries, finding a shoe that absorbs maximum impact is mandatory. This shoe delivers on comfort, but it has a specific fit requirement you need to know about. The shock absorption is phenomenal. Walking on a hard treadmill or concrete feels less like a harsh impact and more like a resilient, springy roll. While the cushioning is peak plushness, the standard medium (D width) version of the Bondi 9 is notoriously narrow through the midfoot and toebox. If you have feet that naturally swell after walking, or if you previously had to wear a Wide in the Bondi 8, do not buy the standard width. You absolutely must buy the Wide (EE) or Extra Wide version. Going with the Wide provides the necessary accommodating space so your toes aren't rubbing against the front corners when your feet expand. Pros. Just save yourself the exchange hassle and buy the Wide width right out of the gate if your feet are prone to swelling! Great arch support. Easy to put on. Color is perfect. And easy to clean.

These are by far the most comfortable running shoes I’ve owned. The cushioning is excellent and provides great support for long walks, standing all day, or everyday wear. They fit true to size, feel lightweight, and help reduce foot fatigue. The quality is outstanding, and they look great too. Definitely worth the investment. I would buy another pair without hesitation.

I have to have extra wide shoes. One of the few shoes brands that are really extra wide when label as such. If you have to have true extra wide shoes, I recommend this one. I have bought multiple pairs over time. I wear mine pretty much everyday. The durability is less than what I would like for the price. But keep buying them because of the comfort - feet don’t hurt like they do in other shoes.

My wife has six pairs of Hoka's, so that piqued my curiosity, and I decided to get my own pair, especially since my new job has me walking around 20,000 steps a night! When I first slipped them on, they were INCREDIBLE! No tight spots, no pinching, and they felt like I could wear them all day!! I work them to work last night and 26,175 steps later, they still felt amazing!!! As my late mother used to say "you get what you pay for", and that is certainly true in this case.

Bought this as a comfortable shoe that I can wear for normal day to day use and a shoe that I can use for running if I ever get back into it. This shoe is so comfortable that it is well worth the money even if I don't ever get back to running. The only gripe I have is the show was obviously not completely new when I bought it. It had a pale yellow spot on the side of one and a light film of dirt on the entire bottom of the sole. These shoes had definitely been around the block a time or two. I get it. The company gets returns, the product is still good so you repackage it and sell it again. I'm fine with that, but at least make it look like it's never been worn. I could make the show look like new, and did so with the yellow spot on the side and I'm not even in the shoe business. I would expect the company to be well equipped to handle these issues. As for the sole I didn't bother making it look like new but I'm not trying to sell it to somebody as a new pair of shoes. Going forward I would strongly consider buying from the company again but next time they better be on their game. Even the best companies sell subpar items sometimes so I'll let it slide this once.

I love these shoes for walking. They are good quality and feel great walking my daily 5 miles. They look great, fit you true to size and the sole offers a wider platform for stability while walking.

I bought these today after a lot of deliberation. I’ve had heel pain for around 10 years, especially when starting to walk after resting. Once I get going it’s usually tolerable, but those first steps have often been the worst part. I started looking properly at footwear after beginning a gym routine, because the pain in my feet was getting worse and it finally occurred to me that always buying cheaper shoes might be part of the problem. The honest reason I wanted to review these so quickly is that as soon as I put them on and stood up, the pain almost disappeared. It genuinely caught me off guard. I’ve worn them all day now and the pain has been almost non-existent, which is a huge change for me. I usually buy a UK size 9, but that was out of stock so I went for a UK 8.5 instead. They fit perfectly and still have a tiny bit of space, so I actually think 8.5 may be my true size. It’s just a harder size to find in the UK. Obviously I’ve only had them one day, so I can’t say anything yet about long-term wear or durability, but first impressions are extremely positive. If they hold up well, they’ll easily be one of the best purchases I’ve made. I’ll update again in 6 months with how they wear over time.

Leicht und superweich. Die Größenangabe von Amazon stimmt leider nicht. Mir wurde es empfohlen die Größe 47 1/3 zu nehmen, tatsächlich passte erst die Große 49. Bei +30°C wird zumindest in schwarzen Schuhen sehr schnell heiß. Aber das ist schon ein Jammer auf hohem Niveau. Sonst erfüllen die Schuhen ihren Hauptzweck: entlasten meine Beine und bringen so auch bei einem leichten Shin Splitting eine Erleichterung für Schmerzen in einem Bein beim Gehen.

Bonjour, l’article est de bonne qualité je suis très heureux. Par contre le livreur m’a bloqué ma boîte aux lettres. J’ai failli casser la clé impossible de réouvrir la boîte aux lettres. J’ai appelé La Poste pour qu’il vienne m’ouvrir toutes les boîte aux lettres d’un seul coup alors que j’étais à mon domicile et qu’il avait qu’à sonner à la porte, je lui ai ouvert, je n’ai pas été contacté par Amazon pour me dire que le livreur arriverait dans cette livraison trois livraisons comme d’habitude. La livraison est arrivé le 27 août tant mieux alors qu’Amazon me disait entre le 28 et le 30 août voilà sinon l’article est génial.
