A: Nuestro quesillo se envia por paqueteria y va enviado en paquete hermeticamente sellado con hileo seco. Solo enviamos quesillo de Lunes a Miercoles a los 50 Estados de USA par evitar periodos de espera en las companias de carga y eso nos ayuda a garantizar la frescura del producto.

A: Usually you can't freeze food, that has been frozen before. I am not an expert on this but I would not recommend it if the product arrived not completely frozen

I ordered this on a Wednesday and a shipping label was created later in the day.(As will all orders Amazon incorrectly announced that it had been shipped. Products aren't shipped until they leave the seller's facility and Amazon should correct this error.) The Seller waited to ship it until the next Monday so as to ensure that the cheese arrived on time and wasn't left waiting in a hot warehouse over the weekend. The cheese was very well packed in an insulated container with a cold pack inside. The cheese itself was in perfect condition and tasted wonderful. I would have no reservations ordering this again.
