Here’s a clean and natural review for the The North Face Borealis 22L Backpack: I use the North Face Borealis 22L bag every day for work, and it’s honestly one of the most practical backpacks I’ve owned. It’s comfortable, durable, and has enough space to fit all my daily essentials without feeling too bulky. This bag is the best I’ve ever had for work. It can fit a small laptop, has lots of compartments and the handles can quickly be adjusted to carry over your shoulder or wear as a back pack. The zip is great quality and would usually have broken with my heavy handedness. I might buy another to make sure I have a replacement for when it wears out, it’s that good!

I bought this backpack for day to day use, carrying my laptop, textbooks and notepads. For this purpose, it is great - it is very comfortable to wear, even when it is packed full with everything I need to carry. The materials feel like they are good quality, and the backpack feels like it will last a long time. The handle on the top of the bag is well made, and the straps are very comfortable and never feel like they're digging in. The flexvent is very comfortable on the back, and makes the bag very easy to wear. The backpack itself is a little larger than I had expected, so it will probably not suit smaller people, but it felt about the right size for myself. The laptop sleeve worked well for my Dell XPS 15 inside its inateck sleeve, but I can't speak for other laptops. There is a fair amount of space in the backpack, but I have found that the positioning of the top outside pocket, although convenient for quick access, makes it hard to pack the rest of the bag when it is full. This is because, when full, the top pocket protrudes into the main compartment, narrowing the space at the top to put things into the bag. This is especially the case when a laptop is also in the laptop compartment. However, as long as the top outside compartment is not overly full, it is still relatively easy to have access to the main compartment. Overall I would recommend this bag to taller people who need to carry a fair amount of things comfortably.
