Of course, right after the return window and the 3rd time using it BOTH pulleys broke. The metal lever which you push in to release the cable bent on both. One I was able to get the cable released with a crow bar. The other one was so bent it jammed into the sprocket requiring ne to cut the cable. I tried contacting someone at Vevor. Tried. I have had no response. AGAIN - DO NOT BUY. VEVOR HAS NO CUTOMER SUPPORT AND DOES NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS. Works as it should. It was difficult to get the cable out the first couple.of times, but it gets easier with each use. I am using it to tighten twisted wire fence in my pastures. It is helping make a challenging job a little less taxing.
