The only issuse I have with it is that its very sensitive to the touch. Whenever I go to adjust it in my ear it hangs up with barely a touch. Other than that it's a good bluetooth. Sound quality is nice and no one has an issue hearing me. It does work well in water. I didn't completely submerge it but I didnt notice an issue after it got wet by the pool ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable and great sound *by B***R on May 23, 2019* I try to not leave the house without this. I keep it in my ear at all times to help with my mild tinnitus and anxiety, and it works great. The only things that bother me is when I use it during strenuous activity (it falls out easily when moving faster than a walk) and in the shower (a drop of water will pause the music or turn it off).
