I guess it's a silly question but should i keep the cork plug in place at all times? or should i remove it and let the plant get some oxygen? thanks!

Keep the cork in and the plastic seal intact. It will do fine. Opening it will allow bacteria and or spores in and they will thrive in the growth medium that the plant is in.

I recieved my mini orchid today and it does have a bunch of condensation, will this eventually go away? It's very pretty tho from what I can see!

I'm not sure if it will go away and if it's there you will most likely have the same problem as me....a big mold growing on the medium.
