How many hours can you sit on a saddle chair compared to a regular office chair?

I'm about 220 and I could only tolerate 1-2 hrs. Every other day. Sometimes only 30 min. It's a lot of pressure on the prostate area and can make that area go numb if your chair is to high or your feet don't hold up half your weight. I used this frequently and it actually caused a problem where my muscles around the groin/ stomach were pinched and I couldn't lift my leg.

What are the seat measurements, width and depth pls. Also, how does the back tilt? Just by leaning on it?
