Worst after-sales experience with USB Type-C. The product was replaced once under warranty, and now when the same issue happened again, they are refusing to replace it.What is even more disappointing is that I was told the product had a 6-month warranty, but now they are claiming it is only 3 months. Even before the 3 months were over, they had already replaced it once, and now they have changed their statement and are denying warranty support.This is extremely unprofessional, misleading, and not user-centric. A company should stand by its warranty commitments instead of changing terms when the customer actually needs support.Very poor product reliability, inconsistent warranty information, and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend USB or even this brand any item to anyone looking for a reliable Type-C product. Based on my experience, the company seriously needs to improve its after-sales service and warranty policies. Customers should be treated fairly, and such practices deserve to be called out...blacklist them

Reliable Fast Charging Cable with Great Build Quality
Been using it for almost 2 weeks now. The Quality of the cable is pretty good. It looks durable and the length of the cable is plenty for my use. It supports fast charging for my charger. I think it should support fast charging maximum ,if you are not confident then you can get a better cable which explicitly supports higher watts charging Overall, it's a value for money option for what it does and should last atleast a year or 1.5 years if cared enough, before the copper wire inside breaks.
