The flavor is more mild as the name suggests than the black strap molasses I have been getting. It didn't come in a bottle like the picture though it came in a jar with a wider mouth. The deliveries have worked out well mostly. I had a order of 4 with something else that I am guessing broke and caused mess( they sent them back before it came to me. ) I got a replacement and there were no issues. However I think desertcart could do a better job of packing some things like this. The glass jars were wrapped in bubble wrap bags individually and placed in a box with other things. Not packed tightly with much though so by the time I got mine they were topsy turvy. I had a small delicate makeup item in the same box for some reason. Everything was fine but still..I wasn't happy that it was packed together like that. It was clean but I have had a few molasses order from other places go awry as well due to leaks. The molasses is not too thick or thin. It spoons well. Very happy overall with the product.
