The 1st panel was 4 screws and then the actual handle had another 4 screws. You'll need a short phillips head screw driver for the back 2 screws and it's easy enough to put it all back together as well. Maybe 20 minutes tops. I've a 2007 gmc Sierra. Just leans backwards over the passenger seat and it's an easy install. Need sunglasses too if the sun is blaring. Definitely a cheap fix as well, i was anticipating more honestly.
