Just needs the tube that goes into the bottle from the pump mechanism to be shorted by c.1 inch to allow the antiseptic gel to be pumped out of the bottle. Easy fix. My vet said it was adequate for treating the contact dermatitis caused by a reaction to flea treatment administered at the vet.
