Can't remember the exact number though. Have fitted one before in a corsa D and remember it was smaller than this one **Q: What's the internal diameters of the pipe** A: 80mm. I have a 2005 1.6 BMW 116. I bought a small piece of silcon hose 70mm internal and 5mm wall thickness to reduce diameter and fits perfectly. You asked if was 90mm diameter fitment. And it is. Mine fit directly on to the e90 320i internal pipe of my air-box. I wouldn't recommend removing the air-box personally.
