I'm really pleased with this seat. So much stress when my previous seat broke when I went to fit a new one that it wasn't a simple process due to it being a top fix. (Seriously, who invented the top fix toilet?? Why?) Anyway, after googling and discovering that this was a thing and it was possible to change the rest without taking the toilet away from the wall, I measured and searched this. I purchased this one based on good reviews and I'm not disappointed It was very easy to fit, instructions were clear and it all fits great. The only slight problem I found was getting the actual fitting in the right place for the seat to sit on the bowl correctly, but a bit of patience and it all worked. The fittings were very easy to use and I love the way the seat can pop off easy for cleaning. Soft close works great too - The actual seat is good quality and looks good

A good fit for our toilet and easy install, however the "hinges" even when fixed securely allow the seat to move from side to side. Whilst not as rigid as the manufacturers original seat it is well made and good value.

Ok read some reviews concerning blue cover really? Just remove the blue plastic covering and hey as if by magic they turn to chrome. Also some reviews say they are loose when fitted? Screw the screws up tightly keep turning the screw until tight if its loose turn the screw. Fitted to my mother's toilet and no issues from my mum she is not a small lady so any loose fittings she'd find it OK. White plastic but gives a classy look. Soft shut is a little slow but I see no issue unless you want to go twice in urgency maybe if you've got tummy trouble but in that unhappy event leave the lid up as you'll find much faster to sit and do the do! Worth the money not the cheapest not the most expensive but just nice and quality for your money. Comes with two fixings for covering all types of fixings on toilets it fits great no issues. This review is from someone who has purchased and fitted this seat and I've seen no issues from delivery to dropping your trousers to sit on the throne. Just incase you missed the blue colour caps are chrome underneath just remove the blue plastic dont be a plonker and complain its blue lol. Honest reviews are what amazon want. I like this product just buy it if you like it. I'm done.. drops mic on floor and walking off stage... falls down steps hits floor hard blood everywhere but the toilet seat is proper nice! Lmho

Nice quality toilet seat - comes neatly packed with all the fixings you need (for fitting on top, or through, the toilet as you prefer). Very nice and smooth soft close, and nice tactile clean finish. So why just 3 stars? Description says heavy duty toilet seat. It is certainly nice and strong enough to sit on, however I’d describe it as flimsy and lightweight rather than heavy duty - and in our case is considerably less chunky and heavy duty then the seat it replaces. I feel churlish giving a poor review, because the seat is good quality and the manufacturer has done a good job - but why call it heavy duty??? It is clearly lightweight - and if you’re looking for a lightweight seat - this is exactly what you want. I quite like the feel of a clunky seat, and so whilst this is nice and looks good etc, this one is just not heavy duty. I tend to not send things back as it is such a waste of resources for delivery and re-delivery, and I worry that the seller could sell once it has been opened. So I’ll stick with it, but disappointing. If something os heavy duty - please call it that, and it it is lightweight, then similarly call it that. Don’t pretend one os the other !!

This is a brilliant toilet seat. It is the easiest one that I have ever fitted. I used the short screw fittings the ones shown on the right of the instructions sheet. Push the white plastic part through the hole at the top using slight force until it is level with the top surface. Line up the parts as shown in the diagram. Tighten it up but not fully. Attach seat by lining up the holes in the bottom of the seat with the metal pins sticking up from the fixings until it clicks. Then adjust the position of the seat to where you want it by letting it go down and adjusting it. Gently pull seat up and tighten the screws fully till firm. Job done. Seat firmly attached. For those people who were complaining about the bright blue parts please note that this is a plastic protective film, on the part, which you pull off before pushing the disc on. Secondly if the seat comes down when you stand and have a pee, then you have fixed the fixings too far back, loosen the screws and turn them round on both sides so that both the metal pins are in front of the central screws and then tighten the screws up.

Very happy with this purchase. It took literally three minutes to fit in place once I'd established which of the two fitting options applied. Plugs went into the holes snugly and whilst I had some worry that it might not fit the 17cm gap between the holes, I needn't have been concerned - fitted easily with some leeway to spare. The soft close works really well. A good buy 👍

Early days but this seat feels like it will last. Very easy to install using the top fitting screws (Philips type screwdriver the only tool needed.) It doesn't flex (and crack) like the original fit seat and is more comfortable too. It can lift off for cleaning without unscrewing anything. Bought one and this is my second purchase. Unfortunately, after a few months, the chrome parts rust so quality is an issue. Seat part is still OK.

Se trata de una tapa de WC universal fabricada con plástico de buena calidad. Lo más sobresaliente es la facilidad de montaje: no se necesitan herramientas y lo puedes montar sólo desde la parte superior, o desde la parte inferior. Yo compré dos y las monté por la parte inferior porque me parece que así están mejor sujetas. Tardé más en desmontar las antiguas que en montar las nuevas. Un detalle que me encantó es que las tapas se bajan solas, empujándolas con un dedo, y con un efecto de autorretardado, evitando golpes al caer. Y otro detalle estupendo de diseño es lo fácil que se desmonta la tapa para poder limpiar entre las sujecciones. Por ponerles alguna pega: no te puedes sentar sobra la tapa superior (cuando está bajada), porque se comba. Pero no están diseñadas para eso, por lo que no es ningún problema: sólo tienen una finalidad estética. En definitiva: 100% recomendables.

Très pratique et facile à installer. Très beau rendu et très hygiénique. Ceci dit les bords un peu tranchant à l'intérieur de la cuvette rend l'assise un peu moins confortable. Sinon question installation pas d'inquiétude s'adapte à tous types de cuvettes car l'installation est possible par le haut comme par le bas avec de très bonnes fixations anti dérapantes ce qui supprime tous les jeux et rend la cuvette bien stable. merci 👍

Es war an der Zeit den alten Toilettensitz auszutauschen. Einer mit automatischem Absenken sollte es sein und schlicht. Auf der Suche habe ich diesen Sitzt gefunden. Optik / Beschaffenheit: Der Sitz ist aus Kunststoff, reinweiß und hoch glänzend. Die Entriegelung der Scharniere (zum reinigen) sind aus verchromten Kunststoff. Die Abdeckungen der Scharniere aus weißem Kunststoff. Somit sind die Befestigungen quasi nicht zu sehen. Bezüglich der Oberfläche ist mir aufgefallen das diese sehr statisch zu sein schein. Staub haftet hier gerne an, könnte aber auch unseren Reinigungsmitteln liegen. Ich probiere mal andere aus... Montage: Zur Montage liegt Material bei die das Anbringen des Sitztes mit Verschraubung von unten oder von oben ermöglichen. Das Material ist von guter Qualität und so ausgefertigt das die Verschraubungen sich auf dem glatten Porzellan nicht verdrehen oder verschieben können. Und er ist wirklich Bomben-fest. Kein wackeln oder der gleichen. Um den Sitz auf der Schüssel symmetrisch auszurichten sind die Scharniere exzentrisch gestaltet. Passt also auf alle Schüsseln. Das einstellen der Exzenter hat etwas länger gedauert. Durch die hervorragende antirutsch konstruktion musste immer wieder ausgerichtet, festgeschraubt, beurteil und wenn es nicht gepasst hat wieder gelöst werden. Aber das geht nicht anders. Lieferung: Hätte ich während des "Geschäfts" bestellt hätte ich unterbrechen müssen weil der Postbote bereits den neuen Sitz bringt. (Zeitmaschinen-super-schnell)
