Barilla Plus Multigrain Penne Pasta 14.5 oz

This pasta is SO GOOD and you literally cannot taste the difference between this and regular pasta. The ingredients are clean and it’s loaded with protein and are low carb for the adults! It’s easy to prepare and they have great texture. My kids love these more than regular pasta! I will keep these on my subscribe and save indefinitely!

While the protein isn’t quite as high as the single ingredient lentil/chickpea pastas, this one tastes just like regular pasta! I basically use these all the time now since there are so many different shapes and I truly can’t tell the difference. It has the same texture as regular pasta, but packs that extra boost of protein.

Honestly, I can't tell that much difference between this and regular pasta WHICH IS A GREAT THING!. When compared to the same brand but just regular ole Penne pasta, it has 10 less calories per serving. 6 net carbs less than the regular and 3 more grams of protein. Downside is it is about a dollar more per box (if you was shopping at walmart) anyways, those numbers may not sound like a large difference but if you are using this for meal prep / weight loss / protein gains etc those difference do add up pretty quick. Ive used this Penne and the protein + elbows and they both do well being reheated even several days later from the fridge. Not to mention that the lentils and chickpeas probably better for you anyways so its a win win. Texture is good to.

Love this pasta. Taste like regular pasta but with much more protein. If you are diabetic/pre-diqbetic, then this is a good selection to prevent sugar spikes. I have tried others that tasted "beany" and I like beans. This brand does not have a beany taste. Comes in different pasta styles. I recommend and buy only this for my pasta dishes.
