Confortável mesmo

Positives: High quality materials, well constructed with very effective gel based adhesive. Negative: Too narrow for adult male size 11.5 /D shoes. I'm keeping them because when carefully centered, I can certainly use them and they are very comfortable.

I found these uncomfortable and they made me walk funny. I gave them several days to see if I would adjust to them but I felt like I was clomping around like Frankenstein's monster. I tried them with just the insert and with the extra height pads and felt awkward throughout.

Seem ok for now, however, we will see how they hold up doing 24 hour shifts, the adhesive won’t come off so you can’t put any layers on because the adhesive tape won’t come off and stick to the inside of the shoe so it slides around
