The Medibottle assures delivery of an accurate dose, while at the same time eliminating the upset for both you and your baby. The medibottle works by delivering "little squirts� of medicine. The small amounts of medicine (about 5 drops per squirt) displace the formula in the very tip of the nipple. The medicine is then taken in by the infant and washed down immediately by the formula that follows on the back end of the sip. While you may be able to mix medicine into your babies bottle, unless your baby takes the whole bottle, you won't be administering the full dose and because you are changing the taste of the familiar liquid or formula, your baby will likely reject it.
