I purchased 3: 60", 70" and 24". Was looking for long lengths for our shower. Makes our bath look very modern and clean.On top of that a year after I purchased, I sent a note to the seller to ask about purchasing more drain baskets (our contractor lost them). They voluntarily mailed a few to us. Unfortunately it was sent to our contractor (since fired) and we didn't receive. I emailed again to explain and offered to buy. Again they mailed us some without charging us (paid for postage as well). Amazing customer service, lots of integrity and responsibility. Highly recommend. The only downside is the strainer. The holes are very fine in the basket. BE DILLIGENT IN CLEANING IT. The basket clogged up quickly (2 weeks). My client turned on the shower to warm it up and the shower overflowed flooding their house. My suggestion is to not use the basket.
