I had been struggling to find a good sleep aid that included melatonin but wasn’t a gummy—why is that so hard to find? After searching Amazon, I came across these and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! Finally, a product I’ll be repurchasing again and again. This sleep aid has made a world of difference for me. Not only does it help me fall asleep quickly, but it also allows me to stay asleep much more soundly throughout the night. It’s been such a relief to wake up feeling rested and refreshed. My doctor had recommended finding a sleep aid with magnesium, and this formula seems to have just the right amount. Not better
I was excited to find this product. I don’t know if the melatonin I would use just wasn’t working anymore, so when I read magnesium and melatonin is better, I was so happy to find this product. After over a month of using it nightly, there has been absolutely zero improvement in my sleep. I still wake up 2-3 AM unable to go back to sleep. I still wake up 1-2 before that but am able to fall back asleep. I don’t feel more rested either. I wouldn’t recommend this.

J'ai de gros problèmes d'insomnie. Avant je prenais des somnifères avec un effet en moins de 30 minutes. Avec ce produit, l'effet n'est pas aussi ressenti. Il n'y a pas d'effet ! Je crois que ca fonctionne mieux avec des gens qui on un décalage horaire. C'est pour ça que c'est conçu d'ailleurs ... ce n'est pas un somnifère. C'est un bon produit, mais pas pour moi. L'hypnose fonctionne mieux !!

Ne créé pas de dépendance et très efficace
Excellent dosage pour quand j'ai le sommeil difficile. Aucune dépendance ni effet secondaire ormis un meilleur sommeil.
