Excellent but expensive

Quite surprised on how tasty this was and versatile. Made tacos, put it in rice and even added it to scrambled eggs. There's quite a large amount of meat for what you're paying for. Definitely buying more!

Need a pantry staple that’s protein?? Look no further! My kids love this between two corn tortillas and lots of cheese- I cut it like a pizza and they call it chilorio pizza.

I used two pouches of the shredded turkey and a pouch of the Mayocoba refried beans to make an enchilada casserole-type thing. Worked amazingly well. We have purchased and used the Pork and Chicken before in tacos and burritos and they also work well and taste great. When using them this way, I usually open the pouches and sauté in a pan a bit to reheat. I like these for the convenience and shelf stability and will pay the price for that. Sometimes I do not feel like cooking, so these pouches work a treat. The Mayacoba beans are other worldly delicious, and trying them prompted me to buy dry Mayocoba beans for use in soups and stews. Glad these products exist.

Makes a nice broth for noodles.
