Such a bummer. *by A***R on September 13, 2025* I never write reviews but I have to share so that they can create better products. I would give this a zero. We ended up returning the pitcher and all of the filters we purchased. I was excited to get this because of the great Oasis app high ranking report. We tried three filters thinking we received a bad filter but we kept getting the same poor results: Slow filtering! We used the plastic bag and squeezed the water through multiple times (until our hands ached) following the trouble shooting directions exactly as indicated. We even fill up the pitcher at night hoping that by the time we wake up the water will go all the way through and we can finally use the pitcher and there will still be water trapped in the top. 😫 so frustrating. We really wanted it to work. Such a bummer.
