SEIKO Zing Modern Art Wall Clock with Pendulum

The clock is amazing for my bedroom and is perfect with my decor. It is very quiet and keeps reliable time. It was easy to install and very quick to put together (all I had to do was hook the pendulum in the mechanism and install 2 AA batteries)!! I love it and I appreciate that it was designed with quality and value in mind!! Those are the qualities I look for when I make a purchase!! Thank you to the company for designing a product that delivers style, quality, and lots of value. One con: it’s on the pricey side, but you must expect that if you desire a product that will make your decor stand-out!!

Elegant and works perfectly this far.

Beautiful in look and design. Silent movement. Reasonable price. It's less than two feet tall so it fits in most spots. Quality product. Update 3/25/2013: I want to reiterate how much we love this silent, elegant, sleek, attractive piece. It's just beautiful. One other review mentions that there is a protective sheet of clear plastic on the pendulum that must be removed for proper balance. We did this, and this is just a reminder because you really can't see it initially. Just a fantastic item, that's worth the cost.

My last Seiko pendulum lasted 35 years. This has a lot to live up to though it seems more solidly built. The pendulum is seriously easy to connect compared with my original. It arrived just when I needed it having been flooded out and am now re-located with no other clock. My only criticism is that the glass surface is curved and there's always a small glare from any angle. In another room it might not do that. My wife's vision isn't great so the fine hands which seem almost the same length aren't immediately readable for her. But, I would definitely buy it again. And it's a Seiko!

I truly love this clock. It is classy and contemporary at the same time and looks great in our completely overhauled living room. The pendulum doesn't make any noises and the clock itself is of a quality you would expect from Seiko. This wall clock is well made and a perfect accessory for our contemporary/mission style living room. My hubby has a thing about wall clocks and we have one in almost every room in the house ;) but even he admits that this is by far the nicest and best quality wall clock we ever bought. I would buy this item again without blinking.

This wall clock which hangs in my office is readable from anywhere in the room. It keeps perfect time, works silently and most important is a wonderful reproduction of 1930 art deco. If you appreciate elegant design of that era, this is an affordable choice.

This is beautiful, lightweight and at first quiet, i had to put my ear to the clock. The pendulum movement is nice, not too big. I don't know if it's because the pendulum is on or not but I can hear the tick now. but it is soft and comforting. The TV sound cover it until a quiet moment so I'd rather there was no noise but I like the clock so it's not a huge issue to me. I don't usually pay this much for a clock but it looks very nice. In my case, it's not necessarily clear to read the numbers and hands don't stand out, at least not at night, the hands stand out enough to tell the time but it's not at a glance, I have to look at it. That may be a placement and lighting thing. I wanted a clock with the numbers, not roman numerals but it's hard to find a clock with all the elements you like and this is much more elegant. It is lightweight, that's a good thing, and i don't think it looks cheap at all. I'm glad I got this clock.

I wanted an art deco clock to fit my house decor. This clock really fits into my decor. It's silent and very accurate. The black backing plate is wood, so the quality is very good. You can't go wrong.
