5star tablet
Fantastic tablet with an amazing exterior that held up to multiple drops(woops). The only thing that I wished was the tablet ports were a different color or contrast from the rest of the case.

needs improvement
This is not a perfect tablet. But Windows can improve it with its updates (I hope). But it has its benefits. For a perfect tablet, purchase any other kindle from Amazon. I need a Windows tablet, and this can be a nice one. The microcontroller gets very hot and the battery does not seems to last as supposed. I use it with the power supply on, or some time on and other times off. It is very fast. I have problems adding an sd card, it fails too much or there is something I am not understanding. Somehow it doesn't wants to read any of the many other SD cards I own. I have followed instructions, but can handle this problem using other data devices. These tablets need to be improved. But to see movies and browse in Youtube, it is very tolerable.

Updated Review 11/2025
11/15/2025 Update: Warning. Except for the touchscreen, there are no other replacement parts available. Updated drivers are not available. Company is unresponsive. I am impressed. The speed of the unit is faster than I expected and the screen is nothing short of impressive. Availability of drivers is an issue - they require that you take pictures of your unit before making drivers available. I am retiring and plan to do some traveling, so the weight savings versus my laptop will make my backpack much easier to carry.

Decent device at a reasonable price point, but has usability issues
I wanted to like this device. It has a good form factor, running Windows 11, with a reasonable amount of memory and storage. I opted for the ruggedized model since I'm clumsy. I worked with the device for several days but decided to return it. Setup was easy. You'll have to download a fair number of updates. If you're coming from an Android Phone based experience, or even a Windows 11 PC experience, you may want to re-consider your needs related to a touch-screen tablet. I found the device to be heavy (likely due to the hard outter ruggedized shell); slow performing; and just difficult to use due to Windows 11 - its really not optimized for a tablet/phone like experience. The main concern is that very few appliations are availabe in the Microsoft App Store and you have to run them as a full standing website! Ugh! Newspapers like Wall Street Journal and New York Times discontinued their Windows apps versions, so you have to load the full site under a browser and scroll around to find stuff. Ugh! Things like Bluesky or Facebook - nope, no app. If you're doing anything with audio (like Duolingo), the speakers are not all that loud at full volume - you'll need ear buds. Again, I think the device itself is pretty decent overall - however, I wouldn't suggest the heavy ruggedized version unless you're on a job site, and the Win 11 performance and design is slow and clumsy in comparison to a mobile experience. This isn't a streamlined casual user experience unless you need primarily a full fledged website experience.

Brilliant little tablet.
A great quality product and at a very good price. Size. Is just right (especially for carrying around with the provided strap). Love the rugged case with carry handle and stand which makes it great for working on the move. Fast, good battery life and easy to set up and use. I'm very happy with this purchase and it's exactly as advertised and just what I wanted. The fact that it's a Windows tablet makes it an even better option to have.

Solid tablet
Decent solid build quality. I have been using as a tradesman at work and this has proved very useful for catching up with emails and quotes when previously I needed to be in the office. The tablet boots up nice and quick and does everything I need it to. I can't seem to get the "fusion charge" to work with usb c port which is a bit disappointing as I really could do with the ability to charge this in the van using my Pd charger. Battery life is around 2 hours which could be better.

An excellent bit of kit
An excellent bit of kit, does exactly what its supposed to and the ruggedisation is spot on. We use these in challenging environments and have never been let down, hot, cold, wet and sand/dust are no problem. We have used others and been let down or felt disappointed but this ticks all boxes.

Its ok but not brilliant ok but can be slow
I find it a bit slow. It has Windows 11 Home edition that I upgraded to Pro. Good for basic browsing or things like YouTube, but I find mine struggles with browser-based games. I get around this by using RDP to stream my main computer to it when I'm at home. The display is good, and the case is also good; a better processor would make it a brilliant tablet.

Fusion5 rugged Windows 11 tablet.
Good solid Windows tablet. Reasonably fast processing. Responsive touch screen. Quality, clear, bright, sharp images. Battery life is a little disappointing compared to Android. That said capable for everything I'll ever need it for. Hope the longevity proves to be a feature. Happy with the value relative to the cost.
