Gamecube Console Indigo

Works great for a young man that is adding to his collection.

While worried at first that it would either not work or be region locked I was pleasantly surprised that it did intact work, I recommend getting the hdmi adapter for better sound and visual quality on screen especially if you don't have a TV that has AV plug ins. It did not come with an official Nintendo controller but a brand new offbrand one. I later found one at a used game store as I prefer the weight and plastic feel of the original controller. The price isn't bad, 40 or so dollars less than the original retail value back in 2001, though personally in this day and age if it's too cheap... it might not last long unless you're really lucky or you won a bid war on Ebay. 5 Star purchase, hopefully I won't have to buy again.

My daughter has been using our old Gamecube and it quit working properly. For her eighth birthday she asked for a "new" one. I purchased the purple one (used) for her from Amazon. It works just fine. Purple is one of her favorite colors so this is perfect. It came with a purple controller and power cord. She loved it. It was well packaged and and in great condition. With all the expensive gaming systems out there, my daughter's age group seems to be ignored. But the Gamecube, if you can find one, has kid friendly games and is fun to play. Thankfully, my teenage sons started out on a Gamecube and we have lots of original games from their childhood that she can play. I highly recommend this kid friendly platform for kids ages 5-10 who aren't ready for all the blood and guts games that are out there today.

My mother bought me this as a gift for when I came home for the semester after college this year, I was pretty excited as I’ve been playing my GameCube games off my wii for a few years now and was really anticipating getting to play on a GameCube again. The GameCube turns on, is able to read memory cards, all the cords are in good condition, however everything is incredibly dirty, the controller I was sent was was not a Nintendo controller , it was a 3rd party boot leg missing the logo and had a thinner wire, but did work none the less. The fan is covered with so much dust it’s likely near clogged My main issue however is not only is the open button jammed, making it difficult to open and close the console, and the laser used to read GameCube discs is broken, making it impossible to play any game as the GameCube cannot read discs. I tested all my games on the wii to ensure they worked. When talking to the company, and requesting a return they assured me everything was 100% tested and declined the return request, which is fair enough since my mom had it in her closet as a surprise gift and didn’t know how to test it. Unfortunately it’s leaving me with a broken GameCube I’ve never played, which I will likely have to replace parts to use, and is probably incredibly dirty on the inside just as it was on the outside.

I bought this from VA Video Game Authority. I usually I wait till after a month then write my review, but I am shocked not just the conditions of the console n accessories that came with my purchase n price but also it works with NO issues. VA Video Game Authority mentioned in their condition note that it includes GameCube, AC adapter, AV cables, controller n console been professionally cleaned and the controller has new analog sticks. I haven’t played the GameCube since 2003 which helped me during my rough times back then surviving my first cancer. Ill update my review if need be in future. Turn out to be perfect and amazing

I ordered from Central Florida Video Games and the console came quicker, and packed more securely, than Amazon Prime! The console itself looks brand new: All the buttons are springy and the joystick is nice and tight. I got an original controller and all original power/AV hookups... did I mention it’s a DOL-001, too? As a bonus, the box was in great shape, and all manuals/paperwork were included. Great find!

Gamecube arrived in near perfect condition, save for a slight scuff on the front. Plays games great, runs quietly, fans work properly so it won't overheat. All in all a solid product from CGX Holdings, and one that is in better condition than most big-name refurbished models.

Bought the Gamecube for a Christmas present and was not disappointed. Works perfectly and came with an official nintendo controller, which was a bonus. Highly recommend this company and would order again.

Game Cube ist für mich einer der Konsolen, mit der ich am meisten Spaß gehabt habe. Gibt unglaubliche Legenden wie Resident Evil, Zelda Twilight Princes darauf. Ich weiß noch, das ich mir den Game Cube wegen dem Resident Evil geholt habe.

Tenuto abbastanza benino, con qualche graffietto, ed ho odiato le etichette messe per censire il prodotto, che per toglierle ho dovuto usare alcool e olio di gomito .e qualche bestemmia ..., peccato per la batteria a tampone che è esaurita, e non è stata sostituita, per cui ogni volta che lo accendi, devi rimettere a posto data e ora... Un vero peccato..., lo avevo acquistato perché la mia vecchia GameCube a cui avevo sostituito la batteria, da un giorno all'altro ha deciso di non leggere più alcun disco..., la nuova consolle è perfetta, peccato per la batteria interna . Per il resto . .. non ho avuto alcun problema .. spero che il gruppo ottico non faccia la stessa fine della mia vecchia... Visto che avranno più o meno gli stessi anni..., la mia del Day One, questa è grigia, una colorazione che non avevo mai visto .. forse è una custom.. non só, ma in ogni caso credo sia leggermente più recente di qualche anno... Se non erro... Perché le colorazioni iniziali furono, viola o nera...
